David Runge has been President of five companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and he was also a partner at Deloitte Consulting, one of the largest professional services firms in the world. He has over 25 years of professional experience in various technology companies and in management consulting firms. Originally a client, he now serves as a Managing Partner for Tax Law Solutions which has structured more than 5,000 tax planning strategies specifically tailored to clients' businesses and personal situations. Dr. Runge earned his Ph.D. from Oxford University and also holds a MBA from Drake University and a BSEE from the University of Iowa.

Richard M. Colombik, Attorney, CPA, has been recognized as one of the top tax lawyers in the nation. He personally served on the tax staff of one of the world’s wealthiest families and is active in state and national organizations that keep him at the forefront of tax law and current tax planning strategies. Mr. Colombik has been a tax manager at a Big Four accounting firm, the Illinois State Bar’s liaison to the Internal Revenue Service, Vice President of the American Association of Attorney-CPAs, Vice Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Tax Section of the General Practice Council, and the past Chair of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Federal Tax Committee. Mr. Colombik also served on the liaison committee to the Washington, D.C. National Office of the IRS for the American Association of Attorney-CPA’s, and is a member of the Asset Protection Committee of the American Bar Association.
