ASSET ACCUMULATION

We find that average investors are incredibly frustrated with the performance of their investments over the last decade. Typical, mainstream investment strategies continue to over promise and under deliver. Has your IRA, 401(k), mutual fund, stock, etc. performed the way you expected it to, and more importantly, needed it to?

Consider the following:

Since January 2000, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 14%. Because the average investor has been programmed to expect that they can earn an average of 10% each year in the stock market, many people are incredibly frustrated and disappointed with their investment results.  Investors expecting to earn 100% over the last 10 years (10% per year x 10 years, without compound interest) actually lost 14%, thus putting them 114% behind schedule. Even worse, many investors cannot recoup ten years of lost opportunity to generate returns as they are near retirement.  They are now challenged with a condensed time period to reach their goals. At some point, if you want to achieve successful investment results, you need to change investment strategies. The definition of insanity, according to Benjamin Franklin, is “doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”

QuadWealth is not concerned about what an investment is called or how popular it is in the marketplace, but more importantly how it performs against our investment tests. Most conventional investment strategies do not pass our tests, consequently, they do not deliver safe, reliable, and profitable results. These strategies include typical IRA and 401(k) investment structures, mutual funds, long term stock holding strategies, and other typical investment diversification models. If you are going to have a properly balanced and successful Wealth Management Plan, it is necessary to build assets safely, predictably, and consistently.

QuadWealth Investment Tests:

1) Safety: Investments should have minimal risk of loss and have definable and controllable risks.
2) Rate of Return: Investments should offer predictable, consistent, and logical rates of return.

QuadWealth Approved Investments:  These advanced investment strategies are implemented and managed by QuadWealth approved advisors and strategic partners. While some of the following investment strategies may look familiar, they are very specific in nature and are incredibly advanced in their design, structure, management, and implementation.

  • Stock Market Trading
  • Residential Real Estate Investment
  • Commercial Real Estate Investment
  • Distressed Corporate Debt Acquisition
  • Real Estate Investment Notes
  • Investment Grade Annuities
  • Investment Grade Insurance
  • Life Settlements
  • Liquid(k)™
  • Business Ownership

Unfortunately for the average investor, most financial advisors do not have access to many of these specific strategies. This could literally be costing you thousands of dollars every year in unrealized gains and/or losses.
