Brad McJunkin Chief Executive Officer
Brad is Chief Executive Officer and a Member of Monarch Vision Advisors, L.L.C., an investment fund manager. He also assists in executive decisions for Monarch Vision Homes, Monarch Vision Remodeling, DFW Realty Company, and DFW Mortgage Funding. Brad previously served as President and CEO of DalMac Investment Corporation. During Brad’s tenure, DalMac’s yearly volume reached approximately $400 million and he oversaw “build to suits” for Fujitsu, MCI, Aetna, FSI, AMX, and Northern Telecom. His notable accomplishments include acting as Partner in Charge of a one-hundred acre office park with over two million square feet of Class A office space. Brad also served as General Partner for Koyote Ranch, LP, which developed a luxury campground regularly listed as one of the top ten moto-touring resorts in the nation. Brad has been or is currently involved in numerous professional and community organizations ranging from the Commercial Investment Division of the Dallas Board of Realtors to the Board of Directors for YMCA Camp Grady Spruce. Brad earned a B.S. in Building Construction from Texas A&M University while playing for the Aggie football team. He later completed his education through the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Demrie Henry Chief Operating Officer & Chief Marketing Officer
Demrie directs QuadWealth’s strategic marketing and sales initiatives. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1996 with a B.A. in Marketing. Demrie has served as a marketing executive in Dallas-Fort Worth for thirteen years. She has an extensive background in developing marketing strategies, branding, and tactical sales initiatives. Prior to joining QuadWealth, she served as a Marketing Director for CBS Radio-Dallas where she created and managed new business development sales initiatives. She has worked closely with the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, Texas Motor Speedway, and numerous other local and national event directors/producers. She has created marketing campaigns, developed strategies and sales tactics for over one hundred local and national companies. Demrie is a member of Monarch Vision Advisors, L.L.C., an investment fund manager. She also directs the marketing for Monarch Vision Homes, Monarch Vision Remodeling, and DFW Realty Company.

Paul Hilgers Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Paul serves as Deputy General Counsel for QuadWealth, Monarch Vision Homes, Monarch Vision Remodeling, DFW Realty Company, and DFW Mortgage Funding. Additionally, Paul serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Monarch Vision Advisors, L.L.C., an investment fund manager. He has nearly a decade of law firm experience at prominent Texas and international law firms, Akin Gump Straus Hauer & Feld, LLP and Strasburger & Price, LLP. After receiving a finance degree from Baylor University, he graduated cum laude from University of Miami School of Law. Paul later obtained a legal masters degree in securities and finance regulations from Georgetown University. He formerly acted as Executive Director of the Texas Hedge Fund Association, and his legal specialties include hedge funds, private equity funds, securities, mergers & acquisitions, federal/state regulatory & investment advisory compliance, commercial contracts, tax compliance, and ERISA compliance.

Clint Lowery Advanced Strategy Consultant
Clint oversees the creation and implementation of QuadWealth’s advanced strategies. His role is to find or create unique tax minimization and wealth accumulation strategies and make them available to clients through QuadWealth advisors. His passion and expertise is communicating the value and benefits of advanced strategies to advisors and their clients. Clint started his career in the personal development seminar industry working with Anthony Robbins. He traveled the globe as a part of a team that produced events for thousands of people and coached the attendees one on one. Clint comes to QuadWealth after spending the last eight years in the financial seminar industry educating entrepreneurs and their advisors about asset protection through legal structuring, estate planning, tax planning, and retirement planning. His mentors include some of the top tax and asset protection attorneys in the country. He currently consults with investors and advisors about structuring alternative investment purchases using truly self-directed retirement plans. Clint assists clients and advisors in determining which of the QuadWealth strategies are best fit for each custom wealth management plan.

Rebecca Melugin Finance Director
Rebecca oversees financial transactions for QuadWealth, Monarch Vision Homes, Monarch Vision Remodeling, and DFW Realty Company, Rebecca also works on investment analysis and transactions for Monarch Vision Advisors, L.L.C., an investment fund manager. Rebecca graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Economics. She began her career as a mortgage loan processor/underwriter and has traveled to corporations across the country to train new processors, underwriters and operations staffs. Prior to joining QuadWealth, Rebecca was a senior loan coordinator responsible for compliance report analysis and final loan reviews.

Blake Knight Marketing Manager
Blake has extensive marketing and promotion experience with an emphasis in online applications. Prior to joining QuadWealth, Blake spent five years in the advertising field as a marketing specialist, graphic designer, project manager, business development director and marketing consultant. He has worked closely with such clients as AT&T, McAfee, EMI, Hicks Holdings, Texas Health Resources, Texas A&M University, FEMA, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He is a member of the Dallas Advertising League and has received numerous industry awards and accolades for his work. As Marketing Manager, he manages all marketing initiatives for QuadWealth.

Dianna Storrusten Senior Accountant
Dianna serves as the Senior Accountant for QuadWealth. She has over 15 years accounting and bookkeeping experience working at the accounting firms of Auldridge Gilliam & Associates, Lynn O. Surls & Co., Burney McClellan & Associates and Toombs, Hall & Foster, LLP. Dianna also owned and operated a successful accounting firm prior to joining QuadWealth, which advised various real estate development companies, brokerages, and individual agents. Some of her clients included DFW Capital Real Estate Properties, HomeVestors franchises, and individual commercial and residential real estate agents.

John Nickerson Accountant
John is an accountant for QuadWealth. John’s accounting expertise spans three decades. He is an expert in corporate internal audit, cash management and information systems. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve Personnel Command, the U.S. Postal Service and U.S. Bank in Y2K analysis and consultation. He managed general ledger and information systems for EOG Resources, an oil & gas exploration company and First Community National Bank (Missouri). He also served as a compliance officer and systems analyst for A.G. Edwards and Sons, an SEC-regulated brokerage firm. He graduated from The University of Texas, El Paso with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1981.

Heath Welch Business Relations Director
Heath works directly with financial planners and investment advisors. He educates advisors on the QuadWealth R.A.T.E System™ and the importance of integrating these strategies and tools into their clients’ wealth management plans. He also serves as a liaison between the strategic partners and approved advisors of QuadWealth. Heath has over fifteen years consulting, advisory and business development experience. Prior to joining QuadWealth, he held management positions in the telecommunications and financial fields and served as a consultant under KPMG, CBS, and Cingular/AT&T. Heath maintains an active leadership role in the community through numerous charity and social organizations outside the office.

He has over thirty years of executive management experience and an extensive background in mortgage planning. Carolyn Williams Executive Assistant
Carolyn serves as Executive Assistant to Co-Founder, Jeff Brown. She joined QuadWealth after a thirty-two year career in education as a teacher, associate principal, and principal of a high school in Houston. She holds a B.S. from Texas Tech and a Masters from Sam Houston State University. As an executive assistant, she brings a wealth of experience in communication, community relations, and personnel management.

Shanna Miller Marketing Coordinator
Shanna serves all aspects of client relations for QuadWealth, as well as coordinating seminars, weekly educational briefings, networking events and all other special events. She works directly with the Client Relations Managers and QuadWealth approved advisors and strategic partners. She also assists with both QuadWealth and DFW Realty Company marketing initiatives.
